How It Works
Choose your own adventure.
This program is intended for you to stretch outside your comfort zone, and develop discipline and healthy habits. There is flexibility to the plan as everyone's level of "hard" is different.
There are a series of daily tasks that you must complete. Each task has points assessed based on the amount of time you spend/level of difficulty.
Rules.
You must complete the listed daily tasks. You can achieve 1, 2, or 3 points based on the level of activity for each category.
For each task that you miss you deduct 5 points for that day.
You must maintain your own score (honor system) and check in daily for an additional point. If you miss one of the daily task, you subtract 5 points! Tabulate your points and submit each Sunday by midnight CST and email your scores to jay@jaytiegs.com.
